RETURNS & REFUNDS​

1. General: Given the delicate nature of eyelashes, any return requires the product to be sealed, with all rows of eyelashes complete.

2. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of purchase.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged.

4. Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, you may choose between a refund, store credit, or an exchange for another product. However, you must inform us within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
